3. Ordering Process

Complete our order form with your name and phone number. Our team will call to confirm your order, verify your details, and arrange delivery. By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted by phone.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in GBP and include delivery within the United Kingdom. We operate a pay-on-delivery system. You pay the courier in cash or by card when your package arrives. No payment is taken online or upfront.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order by phone before it ships (typically within 24 hours of confirmation call). Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you have 14 days to return it for a refund (see Return Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability

SanaCore is provided "as is." We do not warrant any health outcomes, results, or benefits. We are not liable for: (a) any health effects or allergic reactions; (b) indirect or consequential damages; (c) misuse or improper storage. Your sole remedy is a refund under our Return Policy.
