1. Your Right to Withdraw
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund. This period applies whether you cancel before delivery or return the product after receipt.
2. Condition of Products
For refunds, the product must be: unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging, and in a resalable state. Once opened, for food supplements, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons, in compliance with food safety regulations. The bottle cap must remain unbroken.
3. How to Return
To return: (1) Email us at info@flourishsweep.world with your order number, name, and reason for return; (2) We will provide return instructions and a return address; (3) Pack the product securely in its original packaging; (4) Send via tracked courier at your own cost (return postage is not reimbursed).
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 working days. The refund is issued to the original payment method (the courier's card reader, if you paid by card, or we arrange a bank transfer). Refund does not include your outbound delivery cost or return shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring return (shipping damage is our responsibility).
6. Cancelling Before Delivery
You can cancel at any time before your order ships (typically within 24 hours of the confirmation call). Call +44 20 7946 0958 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 or email info@flourishsweep.world to cancel. No refund is due if you cancel after dispatch; instead, use the 14-day return process below.
7. Refusing Delivery
If you refuse to accept delivery (e.g., refuse to pay the courier), return shipping to us is at your cost. You forfeit the refund to cover our handling. We recommend accepting and then returning within 14 days instead.
8. Exceptions
This return policy does not apply to: custom orders, products with broken seals (for food safety), products you have used or consumed, or orders cancelled more than 14 days after receipt.
